Hello, my name is Lisa Huntsberry. I’m the sole owner of A Signature Above Mobile Notary and Apostille (ASA), based in beautiful Ventura, California. I offer comprehensive document services, from a quick notarization to ten documents for Apostille, and much more.
ASA offers mobile services to the city of Ventura and surrounding cities from Carpinteria to Thousand Oaks to Ojai. I also offer Apostille services by mail from anywhere in the United States.
I am part of a national network of top-notch notaries and Apostille agents expanding my resources to provide exceptional service. Locally, I have a trusted core team who act as impartial witnesses and couriers.

Mobile Notary
As a full-time mobile notary, we schedule a time that is convenient for you. No need to take time off work or rearrange the family schedule to search for a notary and navigate traffic and lines. I travel to your preferred location, whether that’s your home, office, ranch, job site, or even a cozy corner of your favorite coffee shop. This offers you the flexibility, privacy, and ample time to review and sign your important documents, all in a setting that suits you best.
I also travel to hospitals, skilled nursing and assisted living facilities and can guide you through the nuances of getting documents notarized in these settings.
Apostille
A Signature Above offers both in-person and mail-in service. Shipping in all directions is always included in the price.
I am plugged into a network of expediters who can hand deliver in many states and the District of Columbia. All documents are managed and tracked personally by me, whether I facilitate the entire process or utilize my network for expediting your request. If your request is beyond the reach of my current network, I will refer you to a partner agent I know and trust.
As an Apostille Agent and a notary, I have the expertise and training to ensure your documents and the request itself meet all the necessary requirements for agency approval.
