Impartial Witness
As part of the notary service, I can act as a witness for any document that I am not notarizing at no extra cost, but I cannot witness and notarize the same document.
I provide document witnesses if you can’t find anyone within your circle or prefer to use an impartial stranger. If you don’t need a notary and just need witnesses, I can also act as a witness alone without notary services.
Pricing ranges from $35 to $70 per witness, depending on your location. Pricing is based on the Travel Rate by Tiers and is paid directly to the witness.
Certified Translations
I have partnered with a top-notch translation company based in California. They provide certified translations for over 140 languages including rare and exotic languages. Family-owned and operated since 2001 and a member of the American Translators Association, they are approved vendors for many government agencies and have successfully worked with both state and federal agencies.

Document Courrier
Our local team can deliver your documents anywhere within our travel area. We offer same-day delivery after your notary services or even without notary services. Pricing is based on the Travel Rate by Tiers.
Document Printing
I offer complimentary printing for documents less than 10 pages if you need a document printed prior to our notary appointment. Please note, that any blank information needs to be filled out electronically.
Price per page after 10 pages:
10 cents per page.
Document Scans
Scanning document pages back to a recipient is included in signing packages, such as the trust package.
Scanbacks not part of a package start at $15, depending on the number of pages scanned.
Real Property Filing
The County Clerk and Recorder requires appointments for in-person services. Typically for real property filings with the County Recorder’s office, appointments can be obtained within one to two business days.
I will make an appointment at the Ventura County Government Center to file your real property documents. The county allows up to five documents per appointment.

Exam Proctor
If you are required to have an exam proctor you may not like the idea of a virtual proctor watching you through the screen. This is why I offer Exam Proctoring as a service. Notaries are accepted to sign off on the proctoring, and sometimes there is even a space for our commission number on your form.
We meet wherever you are comfortable taking your exam, whether in a bookstore or your own home.
Once I identify you, inspect your working area, and watch you log on to your test, I will find an unobtrusive area to observe from afar, so that you can concentrate. After your exam, I’ll complete the proctor information.
Exam proctoring starts at $90 for the first hour and $1 per minute after the first hour. Exam proctoring is available within my travel area.
